Yes, plan for plan: DoubleTick Starter is ₹3,500 a month billed quarterly against Squarebox Basic at ₹2,499, and its Pro plan with AI is ₹9,200 against Squarebox Business at ₹4,999 with the AI agent included. DoubleTick's per-message rates are lower.

Does DoubleTick support Instagram?

Its public pages describe inbound Instagram DMs with no comments and no outbound starts, and the pricing page doesn't say which plan includes it. On Squarebox, Instagram DMs and comments are coming soon.

Which has cheaper message rates?

DoubleTick: ₹0.99 for a marketing message and ₹0.1294 for a utility message against our ₹1.05 and ₹0.16. On Squarebox, replies inside 24 hours are free for the first 1,000 a month per number, then ₹0.16; DoubleTick lists a ₹0.1294 service rate and doesn't say how it handles the free allowance.

Does DoubleTick have a lead pipeline?

Its public pages don't list lead status or a pipeline; the inbox has chat assignment, "awaiting reply" and SLA views. Squarebox has lead status, owner and a waiting queue on both plans.

Does DoubleTick have a free trial?

No. Its pricing page says to book a demo. Squarebox's trial is 14 days on Business, no card.

Can I move my WhatsApp number from DoubleTick to Squarebox?
