Meta lead ads

• Brings leads from your Meta lead-ad forms into Squarebox automatically, on both plans.
• Puts each lead’s answers on their customer record, so whoever replies can see what they asked for.
• Lets you assign, tag and follow up with ad leads like any other enquiry, and add them to campaigns.

When someone taps a Click-to-WhatsApp ad and messages you, the conversation lands in your Squarebox inbox. WhatsApp does not charge for the messages you send in the 72 hours after someone taps the ad, if you reply within 24 hours. Squarebox does not apply that yet: template messages are still deducted from your wallet at the normal rates.

1. 01In Squarebox, go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose Configure on Facebook.
2. 02Select Login with Facebook and allow Squarebox to see your Pages and their lead forms.
3. 03Choose the Facebook Page your lead ads run from.
4. 04Your Page’s lead forms are listed. Open a form and map its fields to Squarebox customer fields, with a default value where you want one.
5. 05New leads from that form arrive as customers. The form’s page shows when it last synced and how many contacts came in.
